Nick Trigili, founder
I spent twenty years reading labels. Most are built to hide what's in them.
IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. Mr USA. Twenty years and more than ten thousand clients on the other side of the clipboard. This line exists because I got tired of picking up bottles that refused to tell me what was in them.
Built from my own breaking point
I grew up in competitive sports and earned my IFBB Pro card after winning the Mr USA title. From the outside that looked like the finished product. Disciplined, in shape, at the top of the sport.
What nobody saw was the bill coming due. Years of extreme training, permanent low body fat, constant travel, and a quiet belief that recovery was for people who were not serious. My energy went first. Then my sleep. Then my bloodwork stopped looking like it belonged to a healthy man my age.
I had been paid to know better, and I had missed it in myself.
That is the part worth saying out loud, because it is the part this industry never admits. Being in shape and being healthy are two different things, and only one of them shows up in a mirror. You can win a pro show and be running on empty underneath it.
So I stopped guessing. I went into genetics, biomarkers, and the actual research on how a body responds to training stress, food, sleep and time. Not the version repeated on podcasts. The version you can test and retest. Understanding my own blueprint is what let me rebuild properly, and it permanently changed how I work with everyone since.
Twenty years and more than ten thousand clients later, the conclusion has not moved an inch. No two people run the same. Cookie cutter protocols fail almost everyone, and the handful they work for mostly got lucky.
If you cannot see the amount, you cannot judge whether it is worth taking.
Twenty years in, the work itself has barely changed. Show up, do the boring thing, then measure whether it moved.
Why this line exists
For twenty years I read the back of the bottle before I read the front. Most of what I picked up leaned on the same three tricks.
A proprietary blend, so you never find out how much of anything you are actually getting. A front panel naming one impressive ingredient. And a dose small enough that naming it was the entire point.
None of that is an accident. It is a business model, and it depends on you not looking.
So the rule here is short. Every ingredient and every amount is printed on the product page, taken straight from the Supplement Facts panel rather than the marketing copy. Where a formula uses a proprietary blend, the blend total and everything inside it are both listed. Where the manufacturer publishes a quantified panel, you get the whole thing, including the parts that are unremarkable.
What I will not tell you
That any of this is a miracle. It is not. These are honestly dosed, third party tested formulas with the numbers shown, so you can make the call yourself instead of taking my word for it.
Nothing here works because you bought it. Foundations earn their place by being boring and consistent over sixty to ninety days, sitting on top of training and food that are already handled. If those two are not handled, no capsule is going to cover for them, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling.
The rest of the work
Supplements are the floor. They were never meant to be the ceiling, and treating them as one is how people waste years.
The deeper work runs through the clinic, where genetic testing and full blood panels replace guessing with data, and through one to one coaching for people who would rather have the whole thing handled than manage it themselves.
If something on this site is useful to you on its own, take it and go. If you want the full picture, this is where to start.
