Questions
How long before I notice anything?
These are built for consistent daily use, not a single dose. The label on every formula says give it 60 to 90 days. Nothing here is a quick fix.
How do I know what is actually in it?
Every ingredient on the label is listed on this page under What is inside. Amounts are shown wherever the manufacturer publishes a quantified panel, and where a formula uses a proprietary blend, the blend total and its contents are both listed.
Where is it made and where does it ship from?
The country of manufacture for this formula is listed on this page, just under the ingredient panel. Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Englewood, New Jersey, and we currently ship within the United States only.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $70, typically arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Express is $15, typically 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. For health and safety reasons only unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned, so opened supplements are not eligible. Email support@thetrugenetics.com to start one.
Can I take this alongside other supplements or medication?
Read the warnings section on this page first, since it is specific to this formula. Speak to your physician before starting if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
