Refund policy
All sales are final. TruGenetics Supplements does not accept returns or issue refunds on any product once your order has been placed. These are ingestible health and wellness products. Once a bottle, pouch, or box leaves our fulfillment center we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, so for the safety of every customer we cannot take it back or resell it.
Order cancellations
Orders move to fulfillment quickly, usually within 1 to 2 business days. If you need to cancel or correct an order, email support@thetrugenetics.com right away with your order number. We can cancel and refund an order only if it has not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We stand behind every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, if a product is defective, or if you receive an item you did not order, email support@thetrugenetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. Once we confirm the issue we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered and you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by emailing support@thetrugenetics.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Payments that have already been processed are final and are not refunded, so please cancel before your next scheduled renewal date.

Read the full description, ingredient list, and warnings on each product page before you buy. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, talk with your physician before starting any supplement. If you have a question about a product, email support@thetrugenetics.com before you order and we will help you choose.
