How to use
- Using the scooper inside the jar, mix one scoop with 6 to 10 ounces (177 to 296 ml) of water, or two scoops with 12 to 20 ounces (355 to 591 ml).
- Give it 60 to 90 days. Consistency is what makes a formula like this worth taking.

What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $70, typically arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Express is $15, typically 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. For health and safety reasons only unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned, so opened supplements are not eligible. Email support@thetrugenetics.com to start one.
