What it does
- Caffeine with L-theanine. 200 mg of natural caffeine from green tea paired with 100 mg of L-theanine, the combination that keeps focus without the jaw clench.
- Alpha GPC for the choline side. 300 mg of alpha GPC and 600 mg of inositol sit behind the stimulant rather than caffeine carrying the whole formula.
- Pump ingredients included. 1,000 mg of L-arginine HCl and Asian ginseng extract, so it works before a lift as well as before a work block.

Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $70, typically arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Express is $15, typically 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. For health and safety reasons only unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned, so opened supplements are not eligible. Email support@thetrugenetics.com to start one.
