How to use
- Using the scooper inside the jar, mix one scoop with 14 to 20 ounces (414 to 591 ml) of water, or two scoops with 28 to 40 ounces (828 ml to 1.2 l).
- Give it 60 to 90 days. Consistency is what makes a formula like this worth taking.

Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Contents are sold by weight, not volume, so some settling may occur.

These are built for consistent daily use, not a single dose. The label on every formula says give it 60 to 90 days. Nothing here is a quick fix.

What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $70, typically arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Express is $15, typically 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. For health and safety reasons only unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned, so opened supplements are not eligible. Email support@thetrugenetics.com to start one.
